Items that are purchased and canceled before shippingΒ are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee at QuietKat's discretion.
Returns areΒ subject to aΒ 15% processing and restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow QuietKat 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the item(s) to process the return and issue a refund to the original method of payment.Β
To qualify, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included items free of damage.

In the event of a product return, QuietKat will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the cost of insuring the return shipment. If the customer does not pay for insurance, QK is not responsible for lost items. Additionally, QK is not responsible for any damage to items incurred during the return shipment.
All purchases made through authorized QuietKat retailers are subject to the dealerβs return and refund policies. QuietKat does not accept direct returns of products sold through authorized retailers. All products sold through dealers must be returned to the original seller.

Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike include a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery,Β controller and motor assembly. Β QuietKat frames come with a lifetime warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.
This limited warranty does notΒ apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration,Β modification, accidents, or other improper use.
The one-year warranty on QuietKatβs lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part.Β This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping.Β Β We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.
In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix.Β QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix. The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

Proof of the original purchase may be required with any warranty request.Β Before making a claim, please contact our service departmentΒ as there may be a simple fix for the problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed within one year of the initial purchase.
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage.Β Β Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery. In order for YBLGoods to do a Price Match, all of the following criteria must also be true with the listing on the other Sellers website...
1. Must be the same Make & Model of the item we areΒ Selling.
2. Must be in a New Condition with Original Manufacturers Packaging Materials, the same as we are selling. No Floor Models, Used, or Refurbished Items, etc.
3. Must include Shipping Price for said item. (In some cases this must be calculated to your actual address, if the other Dealer is calculating theirs as such. Please give us extra time to prepare your Price Match during these situations.)
4. Other Dealer must also be an Authorized Dealer of item being Sold.
5. Must be able to be Publicly Purchased in the same manner such as our website. Using a publicly accessible Checkout Page and Authorized to accept Credit and/or Debit Cards via an Authorized Payment Processor. No Private Listings or Offers, ACH, Wire Transfers, etc.Β
6. No 3rd Party or Marketplace Listings such as Craigslist, Facebook, Amazon, etc, nor apps such as OfferUp, Mercari, Nextdoor, etc can be honored in any Price Matching system.
7. No Email, SMS, or any other Newsletter style promotions may be honored, as your consent to opt into those newsletters means you may receive Private Discounts, that are not being Advertised to the General Public.Β
Without all of these criteria being true, it would not be a true Price Match, as all of these factors can effect the Warranties, Service, Final Prices, etc that you receive when buying.

While we do have Free Shipping on nearly every item in our store; We do have to charge Shipping on some of the very large & bulky items, due to nature of transporting such goods.

In some instances, we do provide Local Pick Up on a few of the products that we sell. Pick Up locations are at the various warehouses that we ship from across the country. Local Pick Up would require to be arranged by Contacting Us first. Once a request is sent, we will determine which Warehouse a Pick UP may be possible at, depending on where we have that item located.
