Shipping and delivery times may vary. Typically, orders for in-stock items will be processed within 1-3 business days but may be processed within just 24 hours. We appreciate your patience as we are always committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. This is just a rough estimate of your delivery date, for more real-time updates contact FedEx, UPS directly.
In some cases, a shipping confirmation may be slightly delayed even though the package is already on its way to you.
We only ship to US from US warehouse right now. (Do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii islands)
All orders for FREE shipping. It usually takes 3-7 business days to get our products.
Most of our bikes ship via FedEx GROUND and USPS. Due to shipping limitations on lithium-ion batteries, we aren’t able to offer expedited shipping services.
Shipping information and policies only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska, and we do not ship to other countries.
- When the logistics information shows signed for, the buyer has signed for the goods by default. If the goods are stolen or lost after receipt, we will not compensate.
We only ship to US right now, and don't ship to Alaska and Hawaii islands.

Important: When returning a scooter, be sure to take it to a carrier location that accepts ion batteries. Some carrier locations may not accept packages with ion batteries, so be sure to check ahead of time.

After Purchaser receives an RMA number and shipping label from Glion, Purchaser must return the Product to Glion in the original packaging. The Product must be shipped no later than three business days after the RMA is issued. For Domestic purchases (the Continental United States excluding Alaska), the Purchaser is only responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international purchases, the Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and duty plus the original shipping and duty costs.
Upon receipt of the returned Product, Glion shall inspect the returned Product to confirm that it is not purchaser damaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, Glion shall credit Purchaser for the purchase price less cost of return shipping and applicable deductions for international purchases.
If Purchaser returns Product that is damaged by customer abuse, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this policy, then Glion shall reduce any credit to Purchaser by the cost to repair the damage
Glion Product Warranty
Probity Cell LLC dba Glion® warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the Glion Product. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.
If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, email email@example.com, for warranty service instructions. You will be required to have registered your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.
If you purchased your product directly from Glion, or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair. You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Glion for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Glion are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Glion’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Glion’s option.
If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GLION BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GLION’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR GLION ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

In order for YBLGoods to do a Price Match, all of the following criteria must also be true with the listing on the other Sellers website...
1. Must be the same Make & Model of the item we are Selling.
2. Must be in a New Condition with Original Manufacturers Packaging Materials, the same as we are selling. No Floor Models, Used, or Refurbished Items, etc.
3. Must include Shipping Price for said item. (In some cases this must be calculated to your actual address, if the other Dealer is calculating theirs as such. Please give us extra time to prepare your Price Match during these situations.)
4. Other Dealer must also be an Authorized Dealer of item being Sold.
5. Must be able to be Publicly Purchased in the same manner such as our website. Using a publicly accessible Checkout Page and Authorized to accept Credit and/or Debit Cards via an Authorized Payment Processor. No Private Listings or Offers, ACH, Wire Transfers, etc.
6. No 3rd Party or Marketplace Listings such as Craigslist, Facebook, Amazon, etc, nor apps such as OfferUp, Mercari, Nextdoor, etc can be honored in any Price Matching system.
7. No Email, SMS, or any other Newsletter style promotions may be honored, as your consent to opt into those newsletters means you may receive Private Discounts, that are not being Advertised to the General Public.
Without all of these criteria being true, it would not be a true Price Match, as all of these factors can effect the Warranties, Service, Final Prices, etc that you receive when buying.
We offer our Price Match Guarantees, as we already sell all of our products at MAP Pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing) This price is set and regulated by the Manufacturers themselves. When Doesn't an Item Have Free Shipping?
While we do have Free Shipping on nearly every item in our store; We do have to charge Shipping on some of the very large & bulky items, due to nature of transporting such goods.
These items are quite obvious however. Such as our Commercial Playground Equipment, or our 24 Foot Swim Spas! Both of which our average customer rarely ever runs into. However, we do also provide FREE Installation Assistance if the occasion ever does call for such services!
What About Local Pick Up?
In some instances, we do provide Local Pick Up on a few of the products that we sell. Pick Up locations are at the various warehouses that we ship from across the country. Local Pick Up would require to be arranged by Contacting Us first. Once a request is sent, we will determine which Warehouse a Pick UP may be possible at, depending on where we have that item located.
In most cases a Local Pick Up is not possible. However, If it is still something you are interested in, feel free to Contact Us using the Chat Box at the bottom right hand side of you screen, and we will do out best to make that happen for you!
