I ordered an attic lift for a client but had technical questions prior to purchase. The customer service person was pleasant. What he didn’t know he followed up on with his technical team and got back to me with the answers.
We did not use these for the intended purpose, but instead used them to make elevator beds in studios to increase the useable space. Awesome indeed.

Thank you guys for being so helpful while trying to figure out which e-bike I wanted to get. I am a bit older, and this new technology is a little confusing to me. But I started seeing these electric bikes all over town and I knew I had to get one! I didn't realize there were so many options though, I almost gave up! But Jessica on the Chat Box was SUPER helpful. She even threw in 4 Free bike accessories in for me! Overall, shipping was fast, customer service was great. 10/10 I will be back again! Thanks guys!
