Auxx Lift Installation

Quick Tips for adjusting

1. Yellow/Green Zip Tie=left side, Pink Zip Tie=right side.
2. The black cables that come out of the motors needs to come straight up towards ceiling
3. Inside adjustment screws control towards the ground (bottom limit of platform) and outside adjustment screws control towards the ceiling (top limit of platform)

turning counterclockwise/towards + sign adds to the amount of travel in the direction you're adjusting, turning clockwise/towards - sign you're subtracting the amount of travel in the direction you're adjusting). Every turn on those is about a 1/2" to lower/raise

For example you want the top limit of the platform to go higher you turn the outside screw counterclockwise/towards + sign

To lower the top limit of the platform you turn clockwise/toward - sign

Tip: When adjusting the bottom limit (minimum height) raise the lift 1-2 ft. from the lowest point the lift will go and then you can start turning the inside adjustment switches to make an adjustment
When adjusting the top limit (maximum height) lower the lift 1-2 ft. from the highest point the lift will go and then turn the outside adjustment switches.

Installation Video

The video walks you through the installation once the strut channels are attached to the ceiling and the motors are hung up
In case there is problems with the adjustment or a different minimum and maximum height than the default presetting (motors don't run and there is clicking) we recommend to turn all the 4 adjustment switches Counter-Clockwise (To the left when you look from below the motor) 20 times and repeat that until the motors run again
