All of our products are shipped by UPS Ground . More than 10 bikes will send by the Truck.The truck company will call you once it arrives to your destination terminal to schedule delivery time and date with you. Please make sure that someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
- HOW TO ASSEMBLE NAKTO EBIKES
NAKTO Electric Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you just need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals, it is very easy
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
* Please note that during holiday or busy season, there might be a delay in shipping out your unit, we want to make sure that your unit is completely checked before it leaves our warehouse.

Within 14 days： NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customer do not need pay any restock fee.

- Returns due to non-quality issues with 14 days:
1. Customer contacts the express company to return. We wouldn't make any return label.
2. Customer brings the bike to our warehouse.(We suggest you are in CA).
3. We make the return label. Customer needs bear the re-stock fee(100USD-300USD
1. Quality issues. Send you the free replacements with 1 year or bear your repair cost directly to your original account only once. 2. Artificial damage will not be covered by 1 year warranty.

NAKTO Electric Bicycle Warranty Policy
NAKTO 1 Year Warranty includes main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system.
Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.
Shipping Damage claims
Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. NOT included in the warranty
NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.
This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.
NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team at Email:firstname.lastname@example.org as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.

In order for YBLGoods to do a Price Match, all of the following criteria must also be true with the listing on the other Sellers website...

6. No 3rd Party or Marketplace Listings such as Craigslist, Facebook, Amazon, etc, nor apps such as OfferUp, Mercari, Nextdoor, etc can be honored in any Price Matching system.
7. No Email, SMS, or any other Newsletter style promotions may be honored, as your consent to opt into those newsletters means you may receive Private Discounts, that are not being Advertised to the General Public.
Without all of these criteria being true, it would not be a true Price Match, as all of these factors can effect the Warranties, Service, Final Prices, etc that you receive when buying.
We offer our Price Match Guarantees, as we already sell all of our products at MAP Pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing) This price is set and regulated by the Manufacturers themselves. This is why no 3rd Party or Marketplace Sellers can be honored in the system. We also can not Advertise for any less than the MAP Prices set by the Manufacturers, nor may any other Authorized Dealer. If we become aware of another Authorized Dealer selling for below MAP Pricing, we are obligated to notify the Manufacturer of this issue. When Doesn't an Item Have Free Shipping?
While we do have Free Shipping on nearly every item in our store; We do have to charge Shipping on some of the very large & bulky items, due to nature of transporting such goods.
These items are quite obvious however. Such as our Commercial Playground Equipment, or our 24 Foot Swim Spas! Both of which our average customer rarely ever runs into. However, we do also provide FREE Installation Assistance if the occasion ever does call for such services!
What About Local Pick Up?
In some instances, we do provide Local Pick Up on a few of the products that we sell. Pick Up locations are at the various warehouses that we ship from across the country. Local Pick Up would require to be arranged by Contacting Us first. Once a request is sent, we will determine which Warehouse a Pick UP may be possible at, depending on where we have that item located.
In most cases a Local Pick Up is not possible. However, If it is still something you are interested in, feel free to Contact Us using the Chat Box at the bottom right hand side of you screen, and we will do out best to make that happen for you!
