When Doesn't an Item Have Free Shipping?
While we do have Free Shipping on nearly every item in our store; We do have to charge Shipping on some of the very large & bulky items, due to nature of transporting such goods.
These items are quite obvious however. Such as our Commercial Playground Equipment, or our 24 Foot Swim Spas! Both of which our average customer rarely ever runs into. However, we do also provide FREE Installation Assistance if the occasion ever does call for such services!
What About Local Pick Up?
In some instances, we do provide Local Pick Up on a few of the products that we sell. Pick Up locations are at the various warehouses that we ship from across the country. Local Pick Up would require to be arranged by Contacting Us first. Once a request is sent, we will determine which Warehouse a Pick UP may be possible at, depending on where we have that item located.
In most cases a Local Pick Up is not possible. However, If it is still something you are interested in, feel free to Contact Us using the Chat Box at the bottom right hand side of you screen, and we will do out best to make that happen for you!

The Osaki OS-Aster has a modern design with slick line, a comfortable feel, and wide range of settings and capabilities. The OS-Aster can massage you from neck area to glutes and upper hamstrings with S, L-Track roller. OS-Aster has 5 massage style (Kneading, Knocking, Tapping, Kneading-Tapping and Shiatsu) that makes you completely relaxed. With Osaki OS-Aster, you can feel the most effective massage on pelvis area through 6 Auto massage programs.
S & L-Track Massage
S, L-type backrest track fits the human body curve. As the roller system massages the neck area, it continues through to the lower back and then proceeds to massage the glutes and upper hamstrings.
Zero Gravity
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage, aligning your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero-gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage.
Space Saving Technology
Osaki's innovative design team has engineered a space saving technology that slides the chair forward as the chair reclines. As a result, OS-Aster takes only ten inches to get to the fully reclined position.

Air Massage
There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. The OS-Aster offers a total of 18 airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, the arms, the feet, and the calf areas. This compression massage helps to continue increasing blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension
Foot Roller Massage
OS-Aster has Two Rollers located on the bottom of the feet are spinning reflexology massagers which provide a soothing kneading style application. As the rollers spin it will stimulate acupuncture points and as the air bags inflate it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.
Extendable Footrest
OS-Aster has Extendable Footrest which can be extended up to 7 inches.
Easy to use LCD Remote
The Osaki OS-Aster remote is an easy view screen displaying the functions the chair has activated. On the remote it allows you to select the massage type, speed and location. You can also operate the functions independently in manually.
