Mounting and Use
The Forte™ Electric Fireplace is meticulously crafted for seamless wall insertion. Comprehensive installation guidance can be readily accessed in the downloadable manual. When it comes to recessed mounting, securing The Forte™ Electric Fireplace is a straightforward process utilizing its vertical supports, affixed by six screws. The glass display area is firmly held in position by four bracket hooks and two screws. Installation is hassle-free; simply remove the glass cover to access the mounting screw holes.
As a general guideline, and in alignment with Touchstone's recommendations for all electric fireplaces, we suggest placing The Forte™ Electric Fireplace a minimum of 12 inches below your ceiling. In instances where customers opt to position it beneath a wall-mounted flat-screen television, we advise maintaining a minimum distance of 12 inches between the fireplace and the TV's lower edge for optimal safety and aesthetics.
