Thank you guys for being so helpful while trying to figure out which e-bike I wanted to get. I am a bit older, and this new technology is a little confusing to me. But I started seeing these electric bikes all over town and I knew I had to get one! I didn't realize there were so many options though, I almost gave up! But Jessica on the Chat Box was SUPER helpful. She even threw in 4 Free bike accessories in for me! Overall, shipping was fast, customer service was great. 10/10 I will be back again! Thanks guys!

Easy to install. Very happy with product and price.
Delivery was a little slow, but it comes manufacturer direct and YBL kept me in the loop when I asked about it. Kind of pricey, but incredibly well made and worth every penny for an old guy like me not to climb attic stairs with a handful of stuff. My wife is very happy. Instructions could be better, but you can find You Tube videos to help through the process. You need to be a bit handy to install this, but not a certified carpenter. I'm old with disabilities so I paid a guy to do it, but I'm thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend this product.
I just knew I had to get an electric bike. Gas is reaching all time highs and It was time to do something! An E-Bike that will make my life a little easier. So, I did my research and found most companies were completely unreasonable. Now what to do, I really need a fun set of transportation this summer. Suddenly I had an E-mail from YBL and low and behold they had my favorite E-bikes but surely I can't afford one. But in less then within an hour the staff found out what I needed and wanted! I didn't think I could afford a nice reliable one and within a few more minutes he gave me the best news I had in a long time. Now I could afford the E-Bike that I had always wanted AND could afford. I am so thankful for the staff at YBL.
Great invention the main reason is avoiding all ladders I am able with ease to retrieve all my stored items safely.
I line my bins up stacked to 36” and raise them to my ten foot ceiling leaving 7’ to drive my car under the 4x8’ platforms. I now have three and think I have room for two more. I love them and everyone who has seen them are truly amazed at my extra storage space.
Work well once installed and adjusted. The adjustment part is time consuming and a bit difficult, but nice product all around.
I ordered two of these, but have only received one and have had no confirmation of shipment and such.
