In order to reduce the risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 for both customer and driver, some the Freight terminals are required to ask customers to fill out the "No Signature Required" document. The driver will not be able to secure a signature at the time of the delivery. Only Curbside Delivery will be available at this time.
ALEKO is also not responsible for any "Rapid Return", storage or re-delivery fee in case customers can't accept the freight due to a nonessential business closure, age, or other quarantine restrictions that may be applied to the delivery address.
Due to these facts, ALEKO requires customer to report any damage or shortages to the carrier within 24 hours by phone and/or via email providing carrier with pictures. Once the report is made, customer needs to forward this conversation to info@yblgoods.com. Otherwise, ALEKO will not be able to assist customer with damage or lost items in transit.
Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Orders are now delivered 7 days a week! Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. Some shipping and delivery delays can occasionally occur. Typical packages arrive in 3-5 business days.

Free ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental US for any amount. (Note: Due to the size and weight of our products, a Residential or Business address is required. We do not ship to PO Boxes.)

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. To qualify for same-day shipping, all orders must be placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time). All orders placed after 12 PM will ship out the following business day (unless overnight weekend was used). Sometimes expedited shipping options may have additional shipping costs incur. If this is the case, we will contact you to directly with the updated shipping quote for you approval or rejection.
For large and oversized products, we use LTL shipping. After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.
Shortly following the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date. CUSTOMERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE DELIVERY OR FEES FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL INCUR. Please download and read carefully the Freight Receiving Instructions before the arrival of your package.

1) Curbside Delivery - FREE by default for US continental areas.
Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is free for all freight orders. Important: The customer must be available to receive the delivery or fees will incur. Driver will offload the freight to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, backyard, etc. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate, removing the crate (if needed), to check for damage and moving the product to the desired location. Curbside delivery does not include any additional services such as setting the product in place, unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. For an additional cost, customers may request a second person to assist with unloading. See “Second Man Delivery” below for more information. Additional costs may be applied for specific areas that require additional equipment for delivery.
2) “Second Man“ Delivery - Second Man Delivery is optional and can be added on during checkout. This addition includes a second man to help unload your product from the truck to your driveway if you are unable to do this yourself. Please note: this option does not include movement from your driveway to the place of your choosing.
3) Inside Delivery* - Inside Delivery is optional and can be added on during checkout. This addition includes a second man to help unload your product from the truck if you are unable to do this yourself. Inside Delivery includes unloading your products and placing them in the area of your choice, such as inside your home or in your backyard. Please note: placement must be on the same initial level with no more than 3 stair steps. *Note: On occasion Inside Delivery is not able to be fulfilled. In this occurrence, our shipping team will issue a refund for the Inside Delivery fee.

LTL Product Issue Instructions
We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier for any international orders without any notices to the customer, to avoid any extra custom fees or any other fees that may apply.
For International Shipping, the buyer is responsible for all charges and payments of customs clearance fees, duties and taxes, if any.
Brokerage fees may apply. We will contact you after your order has been placed if these fees occur.
Notice: If you want to use a specific carrier, please add a note/memo to your order and we will contact you if there will be any extra cost for shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. By shopping with us you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
At ALEKO we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money (excluding return shipping & handling charges).
To receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Send us an email at info@yblgoods.com within the first 30 days after receiving the product, and one of our customer service representatives will send you your RMA (valid for 7 days) along with return instructions.
To ensure that your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please package the item(s) use original box or appropriate packaging. Be sure to include all products, accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping & handling). If any of the product components show use or damage a 20% Replacement Fee will apply. If the product is in new condition, only a 10% Fee will be issued.
Please write your RMA number clearly on the shipping label to assist in fastest processing. Please note: A Return Merchant Authorization Number is also required inside the package to complete your refund.
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
Credit card purchases will be refunded to your card the day we process your return. ALEKO.com will issue a refund and mail a check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are issued for the cost you paid but does not include return shipping & handling charges.
Please allow us up to 2-5 days to process your return and issue your refund. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please note: your refund might take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
We understand that on occasion, orders will need to be cancelled and our customer service team is happy to assist.

Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 12-48 hours.
Cancellation Policy All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do so free of charge after your card is charged.
There will be 5% charge that will be deducted from the original price paid. This fee is mandated by the bank and/or credit card company and not within our control.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a potential 20% restocking fee.
ALEKO products with manufacturer warranties are warranted by us against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for the designated period from the date of product arrival at the shipping address. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the first year warranty has expired, ALEKO.com will not provide any additional warranty. Contact us for more details.
In the case of a product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the allotted warranty from the date of receiving the item, the product will be replaced (at our option) at no charge to the customer. ALEKO does not cover any weather damages to your products including: Rain, Sun, Snow, Storms, Tornados, Thunder, and Strong Wind.
Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.
According to our policy we can only honor warranties with the original buyer of a the product. If a product has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the warranty to the new owner.
