All orders are processed on the same day when orders are placed Mon-Fri before 1pm PT. Exception to this rule are holidays.
Your order will be processed/shipped on the next business day, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where do we ship?
We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time for delivery.
Carrier & Delivery Times
We use FedEx Ground for most of our products. Delivery times will vary based on location and product availability. A signature is required for large heavy items at the time of delivery and denotes that the product was received and is damage free unless otherwise noted by the delivery team member.
Typically it will take 1-5 business days depending on your location in the continental states.
Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 9 business days

How Do I Cancel A Order?
We understand that on occasion, orders will need to be cancelled and our customer service team is happy to assist.

Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 12-48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do so free of charge after your card is charged.
There will be 3% charge that will be deducted from the original price paid. This fee is mandated by the bank and/or credit card company and not within our control.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a potential 15% restocking fee.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. After 60 days, and up to 180 days from date of purchase, it can be returned for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item can be used and it should be in a similar condition that you received it. It doesn't have to be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on units that have been modified, scraped, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products.
Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We can email you return labels but will deduct a very low $180 of the purchase price for the shipping per unit. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs as well if the product was damaged during use. Shipping are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in the case that you shipped back damaged items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but it usually won't take longer than 5 business days.

What we will do?
If your Auxx-Lift Product is defective, we will send replacement parts or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you after the defective product is returned to Auxx-Lift. If we send replacement parts for your Auxx-Lift Product, we may use new or reconditioned parts. If we choose to replace your Auxx-Lift Product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design.
How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your Auxx-Lift Product, you must provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. Trained representatives will assist in diagnosing the problem and will arrange to supply you with required parts for repairs or replacement product after defective product is returned to Auxx-Lift.
Warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover installation commercial use, defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location or damage resulting from altercations misuses or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, staples through wiring, pinched or broken wires, broken cables power outages, use of extension cords, missing or damaged parts or discounted clearance, final sale or taped cartons fire, flood, acts of God, or failure to follow the Owner’s Manual. This warranty is the only one we will give on your Auxx-Lift Product. There are no other express warranties. Customer pays for shipping on warranty replacements.
