Delivery, and Installation
Most (not all) items ship from Gary, IN 46403. Call for the freight quote. Charges as determined by the carrier may prepaid and added to invoice if desired. Unless specific instructions are given, shipment is made in a way considered best by Kidstuff Playsystem, Inc.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from the manufacturer. A 25% handling charge, in addition to freight charges, is made on returned equipment ordered in error.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The bill of landing received at the time of shipment is Kidstuff Playsystem's receipt from the carrier. The manufacturer is thereby released of all responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
- Be sure to note any apparent damage or shortage on the original freight bill before signing, and have the truck driver sign also
- Be sure to note any marks indicating possible concealed damage on the original freight bill before signing, and have the truck driver sign also.
- Sign bills of lading where no damage is noted: "Approved subject to later recount and inspection for hidden damage"
If the shipment is accepted as-is, and the freight bill is signed clear without exceptions noted thereon, no claim will be filed with the carrier, and Kidstuff Playsystem cannot be responsible for losses incurred.
