Should I pay shipping fees?
For E-skateboards shipping fees - Goes by sea is free (Except New Zealand) . Goes by air will be charged a small additional fee, variant from the country you in,When you enter check out, you will see the freight and estimated delivery time.
For accessories shipping fees - if the order amount exceeds $50 USD, the shipping fee would be free. If not, the customer will be charged $15 USD as shipping fees.
The Time to Receive Your Items - There are two key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.
1) Item processing time
After the receiving of your order, we need some time to test the product in order to ensure its quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 1.5 working days; However, it varies from the item's stock status. As for the small quantity, the processing time is 1-2 days while as for the large quantity, it will be about 1-3 days.
2) Shipping method
After receiving your order, we will choose the method that suits you best. We usually choose the following delivery methods:
DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and Air Mail

The transit time would also be different from the size or weight of your items and your location. What we list above is the time to reach the main country and district in the world; while as for some other countries they may need Delivery time will be longer.
If you are dropshipping from Ownboard, you also need to bear in mind that Customs clearance in your country could add delays and taxes or fees for the recipient, so check with your local Customs, chat to Ownboard about it, and make sure you are up Front about this with your end customers. We'll ship your goods to you by air express courier. The method of delivery varies according to different conditions of your country. We provide the following shipping methods: DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and Air Mail.
Because Customs clearance will delay the delivery time so please chooose the most convenient method. For example, UPS is fastest for North America and Europe while for Africa DHL is both fast and cheap. Please note:
a) EMS and Air Mail are convenient for the Customs clearance but they take more time. Usually EMS needs 6-10 working days to reach the main countries in North America and Europe; while Air Mail will take 12 - 30 working days.
b) Sometimes Air Mail may take about more than 45 days to reach some countries. Please wait patiently.
Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions, but if the courier is changed later you won't be charged extra.

When the order package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email for your order tracking.
How to Pay Import Taxes
You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
OWNBOARD is not responsible for the import duties and Customs cost. As we are in China and not clear about the Customs tax policy of your country, so we do not know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods are passing your country Customs.
OWNBOARD does not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to the orders.

Every product you buy from OWNBOARD has been quality controlled by our QC technicians before it was shipped out, which is a double check over the factory QC inspection.
All products are visually inspected for good appearance.
All products are switched on and have their main functions tested one by one.
All packages are checked to ensure that they contain the correct accessories. Battery, remote control, battery life, charging, LCD display...
Common Problems in The Process of Shipping
a) Because of the delay or failure of the China Customs clearance (eg: It is common for the products with battery to encounter this kind of problem), we will choose some other methods such as DHL or TNT to deliver your parcel and Return the price disparity to you;
b) The international express can't get to some spacial addresses(eg, post office box or military base), we will choose choose a kind of suitable method to deliver your product and return the price disparity;
c) During the Christmas period (December), the number of the postal parcel which reach Hong Kong increases fast, which will lead to a waiting time of all the products. At that time we will choose UPS or EMS to send out your product and Return the price disparity;
d) When the parcel get to the target country's Customs, they may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of the shipment. The fees caused by the procedure of the clearance should be paid by the consignee;
e) The expense caused by the parcel rejection will be afforded by the consignee;
f) The extra expense caused by some cases (eg, Address is not very clear or the consignee can not be contacted) should be paid by the recipient; if the parcel is destroyed by the Customs, the expense is also paid by the consignee;
g) the problem of detain caused by the failure of the clearance, we will resend the product or refund (not including shipping cost).
Methods to Solve a Shipping Problem
First of all, shipping problems are relatively rare. We check all orders to ensure the delivery information is sufficient for the courier, and tracking details are given to customers so that they know when to get the delivery.
For the problems happened in the process of shipping OWNBOARD will offer full assistance including:
a) In these cases which the package has apparently been broken during shipment or the package or goods are damaged, the customer can refuse receipt of the goods and clearly state the problem to the courier. Then the customer must contact OWNBOARD and we will resolve the matter with the courier. Once the issue has been confirmed we will follow up the insurance claim with the courier and ship a replacement order to the customer as soon as possible. Such cases are in fact very rare.
b) If the package is lost or misrouted by accident or by the fault of the courier, we will pursue the insurance claim with the courier and create a replacement dispatch of goods for the customer as soon as possible.
c) Cases where the package is delivered to the wrong address: in this eventuality OWNBOARD will work with the courier to solve the problem and ship new goods to the customer as soon as possible.
Please also refer to the public terms and conditions of the courier used for the shipment. Their terms will include time limits for claims and complaints about damage etc, after you have signed for the goods.
All of products coming from OWNBOARD are guaranteed with 90-180 days warranty which for repair or replacement and the period starts from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller. All of the products OWNBOARD provides are brand new and high quality. Our QC engineers test every single product once we get the item from our manufacturer. Before we ship the item, our engineer test again and our packing team carefully check if the accessories are right and electrical socket adapter are correct for your shipping address. All products from OWNBOARD are with 90 days warranty.(Since the PU wheel is a high consumable item, it is no longer covered by the warranty. )If you find your product not working or with something else wrong, please feel free to contact OWNBOARD customer service. Warranty and return policy
From November 21, 2020, OWNBOARD has upgraded the warranty period of all models to 180 days, covering any manufacturing defects of all OWNBOARD models.
All products provided by OWNBOARD are brand new and high quality. After obtaining the parts from the manufacturer, our quality control engineer will test each part. Run the OWNBOARD board for 3-5 hours before shipping the goods to ensure that you receive a strong and intact product. Our packaging team will carefully check whether the accessories are correct and whether the power adapter fits your shipping address.
If you need a spare remote control or battery, you can buy them separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact email@example.com. We also provide a 90-day warranty for the parts you purchased separately on our website.
1. If you encounter any product problems, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your order number, photos or videos of detailed problem descriptions (if necessary) so that our engineers can quickly find the problem and provide the solution.
2. We will analyze your problems and provide solutions. By replacing the damaged parts, the OWNBOARD skateboard can be easily repaired. If the skateboard is still under warranty, we are happy to diagnose and send replacement parts for your circuit board for free, free shipping and free parts. If the product exceeds the warranty period, we will charge the cost of the parts and the resulting shipping costs.
3. If the problem still exists after diagnosis, we will continue to help you find the correct replacement parts until the problem is solved.
4. We will answer all questions within 24 hours within working days. If you send your questions during the weekend and other holidays, please look forward to the reply after the next business day. The replacement parts will be sent within 3 days after your request is submitted.
5. Battery water damage, wheel wear and any man-made damage (including impact) are not covered by the warranty. Please always use the original charger to charge the circuit board. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is not covered by the warranty.
Refund and return policy:
1. Generally, we do not accept returns. If you encounter any product problems, please contact the after-sales department via email email@example.com, we will try our best to find a solution for you.
2. After delivery, we do not provide refunds. If your skateboard order has been shipped from the OWNBOARD factory, we will not be able to cancel the order for you, because after the order is forwarded to the logistics company, we will not be able to operate and cannot intercept the product.
If your skateboard order has not been shipped from OWNBOARD Factory, we allow you to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order. If the order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your order within 3-7 working days.
3. If you have used the product and regarded it as "used", we will not provide any refund.
4. If the product you ordered is artificially damaged or modified, we will not provide any refund.
5. If your order is lost during shipping or customs clearance, we will notify you and let you decide whether you want a refund or a free return. (If you choose to refund, we will not refund the shipping cost)
Q:When does the 180 days warranty start from?
A:The warranty period begins from date of order. The period is exactly 180 days from that time. For example, a product on the 180th day is covered, but a product after the 180th is no longer covered. In the case of delivery methods or destinations which lack a confirmed delivery tracking date, we will take the assumption that the warranty period starts 30 days after the order date.

A:We will fully refund to you or resend a new one to you ,if the official logistics website shows your package is lost.

In cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear, you will need to pay the repair fee for that.
