Home Dual/Single, Pro Dual/Single, Classic Dual/Single, Sport Dual, Outdoor Dual:

• If you place your order via our store by 2 pm CT M-F, your game should be shipped the same business day, otherwise it will go out the next business day.
• Our games are shipped via FedEx Ground. The game takes 2-4 business days to get to you.
• Note: If you place your order via other websites (for example: Amazon, Walmart.com, Wayfair, etc.) you will need to contact them directly for shipping information.

All other items:

• Shipping is via USPS or FedEx depending on weight/size of shipment. They normally ship the same or next business day.

Customized:

• After production, delivery time is 2-4 business days via FedEx Ground.

Expedited:

• We do offer expedited service for a 10% rush service fee, plus whatever rush shipping speed you choose. Please contact us if you need this service.

Canada, Export or Overseas:

• Yes. We do ship to you. You are responsible for any duties/taxes. We can quote you shipping costs. Please, contact us with your shipping address and which game you are needing shipped.

If you wish to purchase replacement parts, we sell a lot of them on our website. Choose your game from the parts menu to see which parts work with your game.

 If your particular part is not on the website, please contact us and someone will get back with you.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to appear back on your payment source.

Note: There are no refunds on any customized games.
