For shipping, we will support a consumer direct model. We offer you the following two choices:
a. We will ship consumer direct via UPS on our account. Freight charges would include our normal freight charges for steel and aluminum doors, plus a $35 drop ship charge to cover the residential fees and surcharges that UPS applies for residential deliveries.
b. Should you prefer, we will ship for you on your own UPS account. Should you ship on your own account, we add a $10 processing/handling charge per door.

We do not issue refunds. Any acceptable and approved returns would be issued as an open credit on your account. (Freight not included or eligible)
No Returns, due to the fact that there is no way to even try to install the Fire Screens without scratching them up a bit. Please double Check the sizing chart when ordering, and as long as you are within the measurements size ranges you will be fine.
