US Shipping Policy:
Orders of $450 or more ship by ground for free
We also offer discounted flat-rate ground shipping options:
- Orders Under $60: $8.00
- Orders under $100: $12.00
- Orders under $450: $15.00
If you choose a flat-rate shipping option, your order will come either by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or by USPS, whichever is cheaper.
If you think it's not safe for the package to be left at your front door, please write "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the comments section of your order. Better safe than sorry. If you do not ask us to send it "signature required", your only recourse for lost or stolen packages is to file a claim with FedEx, USPS, or your homeowners insurance. We will not ship replacements.
We ship from our factory in Bradenton, Florida. The further you are from us, the longer it will take to get there. If you're lucky enough to live in Florida, your order will likely be delivered in just 1-2 business days after we ship it. If you live on the west coast, it's going to take approximately 6 business days to arrive after we ship it. Everywhere else in the continental US is somewhere in between those times.
We try to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Sometimes it takes longer depending on inventory levels. Daily shipping cut-off is 11 am EST M-F excluding holidays.
Express delivery options are also available at additional cost if you need to receive your package sooner. If you write a note in the order comment stating a specific date when you need to package by, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee you will get it on time.
International Shipping Policy:
International shipping options include FedEx air service and UPS services. Delivery times vary based on the service available and what country we're shipping it to. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above.

SeaSucker Return Policy
You are eligible for a refund if:
1. You purchased the product directly from SeaSucker, either from our on-line store, from our factory in Bradenton, Florida, or from a SeaSucker-managed booth at a boat show, trade show, bike expo or similar event; and
2. You make your request for a refund within 30 days of your receiving the product from us; and
3. You return the product to us in like-new condition.
SeaSucker in its sole discretion will determine whether returned products are in like-new condition. In general, "like-new condition" means the product is in normal working order, there are no blemishes on the product, and all parts, accessories, and tools are present.
Returns with visible damage will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from any refund. Returns missing parts or components will have the retail price of the part or component deducted from any refund.
We know that many on-line retailers offer free return shipping; unfortunately, SeaSucker does not. Additionally, we do not refund the shipping cost you paid to get the item to you when purchased.
All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA)
Limited Lifetime WarrantySeaSucker, LLC offers a lifetime, non-transferable warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products can be returned to SeaSucker for replacement or repair (at SeaSucker’s option). Warranty claims must be accompanied by a sales receipt or other proof of purchase document. The cost of transportation to and from SeaSucker for the repair or replacement of any defective part or accessory is not covered by this warranty and is to be paid by the owner. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from normal use, routine wear and tear, lack of maintenance, user error, alteration of the product, accidents, abuse, or neglect. This warranty is given in lieu of all other written or oral warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and are limited to the duration and specifications of this warranty. SeaSucker’s liability for any damages relating to any allegedly defective product, whether arising from the use or the inability to use the product and whether claimed under tort, contract or any other legal theory, shall be limited to the actual price paid for such product and shall in no event include loss of use, loss of time, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind, even if SeaSucker is aware of the possibility of such damages, to the full extent as such may be disclaimed by law.
Repair and Replacement
