- The free shipping service varies, depending on the size and packaging of the product. While most of our fireplaces ship via standard Fedex or UPS ground service, our TV lift cabinets cabinets and large format fireplaces (72" and up) require more service with delivery. Below, you'll find details on our free shipping services, which we include in the price of each product.
- Of course, we are here to make your purchase the best possible experience, so we offer many service options for those who need help lifting a 200 lb. cabinet or aren't able to mount a flat screen TV. We also offer expedited shipping options if needed.
- Please note our free shipping offer covers the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry to our friends in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you're in one of those locations, just let us know and we'll respond quickly with a quote for any additional freight charges.
TV LIFT MECHANISMS - STANDARD GROUND CARRIER
- Touchstone's lift mechanisms are shipped via UPS and FedEx Ground service. If you would like priority shipping, please call us at 888-978-3531 to request a quote.
- These deliveries are handled the same way as any UPS or FedEx Ground shipment, so they can be left when you are not home. Touchstone is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the lift is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if weather is an issue.
- Touchstone sends you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
ELECTRIC FIREPLACES 60" and Smaller - STANDARD GROUND CARRIER
- Certain 50" and 60" items (80033, 80034, 80040, 80045, 80046) will ship via LTL based on the size and weight. Please see below for LTL shipping details.

TV LIFT CABINETS - LTL LIFT GATE CURBSIDE SERVICE
- Touchstone's TV Lift Cabinets include LTL Lift Gate Curbside delivery at no extra charge.
- The cabinets arrives completely assembled, with the TV lift installed in the cabinet (excluding the Elevate series). Factory installation of the TV lift is available for an additional $100.00 for the Elevate cabinets.
- Our delivery partner will lower the cabinet off of the truck via a lift gate and then place the item on the curb. The carrier will not place the cabinet inside of a garage or home.
- Touchstone sends you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
- You are responsible for unpacking the cabinet, installation of TV lift, disposing of packing material and placing of the cabinet in your house.
- LTL Lift Gate delivery service can be upgraded to White Glove service for an additional $300.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY UPGRADE
Touchstone offers White Glove Delivery packages starting at $300.00. Please note we can not offer White Glove service to all states, so check with us first to confirm service availability. Here's what is included in your White Glove Service:
- TV Cabinet delivered by two trained service providers.
- Precision delivery scheduling to a 4-hour window.
- Delivery equipment safely lowers your TV cabinet from the truck to the ground.
- Email notification of delivery status once your cabinet is picked up at our warehouse.
- Removal of TV Cabinet from packing material.
- Positioning of cabinet on the first or second floor of your home, according to your specifications. (Please make sure your location of choice is accessible and that your cabinet will fit in stairs and doorways leading to the location. Placement on any floor other than first or second floor may incur additional charges.)
- Please note, Installation of TV, components (cable boxes, satellite boxes and DVD players), and cables are the customer's responsibility.
- Perform a final check that all services were performed to your satisfaction and that the TV Lift cabinet was received in good condition.
- The delivery team will not remove a TV from your wall or uninstall televisions from entertainment unit.
- You can track your shipment at the carrier's website. Touchstone sends you all the tracking information once we register your shipment with the carrier.
- Please note someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign off on the delivery.
ELECTRIC FIREPLACES 72" AND LARGER - LTL LIFT GATE SERVICE
- Certain 50" and 60" items (80033, 80034, 80040, 80045, 80046) will ship via LTL based on the size and weight.
- 72", 84", and 100" fireplaces are too big for shipping via FedEx or UPS ground service, so they ship via LTL-Lift Gate Service, which includes bringing the fireplace to your curbside, but it is not unpacked or placed in your home.

TOUCHSTONE WARRANTY POLICY
- Touchstone Home Products, Inc. ("Touchstone") warrants that its cabinet and all mechanical parts related thereto (Product) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall be suitable for form, fit and function for two years from the date of purchase.
- In addition to the limitations set forth above, no warranty shall apply to any Product that has been: (i) modified, altered or adapted; (ii) maltreated or used in a manner other than in accordance with its intended purpose; (iii) repaired by a third party in a manner that fails to meet Touchstone's quality standards; (iv) improperly installed by any party other than Touchstone; (v) relocated, to the extent that the problems with the Product are attributable, in Touchstone's professional opinion, to such relocation; (vi) used directly or indirectly in supporting activities prohibited by the United States; (vii) purchased from any entity other than Touchstone or authorized partners; (viii) affected by normal wear and tear; (ix) damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (x) cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic, as applicable; and/or (xi) damaged as a result of shipping, exposure to tobacco smoke/weather, terrorism, acts of God or failure to follow Touchstone's instructions. Touchstone shall not be responsible for any warranties other than those provided herein.
- In no event shall Touchstone be liable or responsible for the expense of removal or installation of defective Product, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
- This warranty does not cover any third-party products or hardware installed into, or attached to, the Product after the date of purchase. Further, if an installation fails or is damaged in a manner that causes damage to the Product, this warranty shall not cover such damage. Repair and/or replacement of any damaged components in these situations shall be subject to additional repair and/or replacement charges.
- This warranty shall apply only to the Product purchased for the original purchaser's use and not for resale. Additionally, a 5 year enhanced warranty is available at the time of purchase, with any new Touchstone TV lift cabinet. Touchstone Home Products product warranty is depot based, and Touchstone is not responsible for any fees charged to the end-user by a third party for installation of parts covered under the standard 2-year warranty. APPLICABLE LAW
- The Touchstone Home Products website is run and controlled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. As such the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will govern these terms & conditions. Touchstone Home Products, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the site and the disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - FIREPLACE UNITS, LIFTS, AND PARTS
Please inspect your fireplace unit immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify Touchstone Home Products immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Touchstone will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
You must contact Touchstone Home Products for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at (440)-678-7845. Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to Touchstone Home Products. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While Touchstone Home Products includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to Touchstone Home Products, as well as the original shipping costs from Touchstone to the customer. The fireplace unit must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of fireplace units without the original box and foams will be denied.
Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY TOUCHSTONE HOME PRODUCTS. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.

Please inspect your cabinet immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. Once you have inspected the cabinet and accepted delivery, we cannot take responsibility for shipping damages. So please inspect carefully.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Touchstone will not issue a Return Authorization on requests after 30 days post delivery. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
You must contact Touchstone Home Products for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our toll free Customer Service at (440)-678-7845. Write this number on the outside of the box if you are sending a product back to us. Returns received without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused.
While Touchstone Home Products includes shipping fees on all cabinets, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for shipping the cabinet from Touchstone Home Products to the customer, as well as the cost of return shipping of the cabinet back to Touchstone Home Products in the event of a return or exchange for reasons other than defect or shipping damage. The cabinet must be returned in its original packaging. Cabinets not returned in original packaging will not be accepted and customer will be denied refund.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for cabinets finished in a custom color.
Custom paint deposit is non-refundable once order is placed.
- Furniture Color: Touchstone can provide color samples for all of our products upon request. If you require a true color match, please request a color sample prior to placing your order. Color matching is not a condition that qualifies for a return under this return policy. No warranty for color matching is expressed or implied.
